Important Announcement: Firm Closure
Dear Clients and Friends,
On May 31, 2025, Haas & Najarian LLP will be shutting down its doors after 52 years of service to our clients and community. It has been an honor and privilege to support and represent you throughout these decades, and we are deeply grateful for your trust, partnership and loyalty.
Lou Haas and Rob Nicholas will be moving to the law firm of Farella, Braun + Martel in San Francisco (a firm they have long admired) where with their new colleagues they will continue the commitment to provide exceptional legal services. Until they get new phone numbers from Farella, Rob’s cell (650-544-5252) is the best number to use for him (and 415-260-3400 for Lou). Any clients of Haas & Najarian who wish to engage Lou or Rob will be asked to execute engagement letters with the Farella firm. The move to Farella will provide a much larger platform allowing you access to their new colleagues with specialties beyond what Haas & Najarian offered, including land-use, employment, environmental, intellectual property, tax, bankruptcy, and construction law.
Patricia Rosenberg will retire from the practice of law and Larry Beck, Mary Sancimino and Aaron Gumbinger will be moving on to new endeavors. Details of those endeavors will follow.
If by joining Farella a conflict of interest arises in connection with any matter Haas & Najarian is currently handling for you, Lou or Rob will advise you of the conflict and will refer you to alternate counsel.
Haas & Najarian will retain digital copies of all the important data from your files collected over the years, so Lou and Rob will be able to quickly respond to any questions or data you may need. Lou and Rob look forward to continuing their representation and relationship with you and will work to make the transition to Farella as smooth and seamless as possible. For any inquiries regarding ongoing matters, file transfers, or general questions, please feel free to call Lou or Rob.
