Our litigation practice allows us to aggressively defend our clients’ interests, as well as to provide pre-litigation consultation and strategy in order to resolve disputes before they threaten business relationships and transactions.

Our attorneys appear before state and federal courts on both the trial and the appellate level, and handle hearings before a number of different administrative agencies.
